Summary


We are looking for a well organised and enthusiastic individuals to join our Haematology Day Unit admin team. You will be based on the reception desk greeting and admitting patients into the units and booking appointments.

Please note that we are recruiting for one position:

Haematology Day Unit - 30.00 hours

The ability to work under pressure, be organised and have excellent customer service skills are essential. You must be able to work both independently and within the team; liaise with staff at all levels in a confident manner and be willing to learn. Flexibility is essential as the post does require staff to cover some weekend shifts and varying 7.5 hour shift patterns within the hours of 7.30am - 6pm.

Good communication and telephone skills are essential . Previous experience of using computer systems (particularly EPIC) will be an advantage however full training will be given.





To deliver and maintain a professional administration and reception service to Haematology Day Unit and to all its users patients, relatives and colleagues.
