Summary


We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Temporary Staffing Coordinator to assist in the provision of a high quality service for the medical locum bank. You will be the first point of contact for the Trust in many instances, and as such will be expected to maintain high standards of courtesy, discretion and confidentiality at all times.

The Medical Staffing team is a busy and dynamic team who are experts in managing the medical workforce.

You will be responsible for the day to day administration of Medical Locums liaising with the Medical Staffing team, departmental clinical leads and locum bank workers and agencies. Ideally you will have experience in NHS based software such as Healthroster, TRAC and ESR.

As part of this role, you have the option to work from home two days per week, with three days office based.
