Summary
The Loans Officer will approve or reject loan applications according to the Loans Policy. They will prepare loan applications, review appropriate documentation and liaise with applicant to submit any additional information requirements. They will manage the overall process of loan applications, via our bespoke lending system. o Conduct loan interviews where appropriate, review credit reports. Liaise with members and keep them updated with the progress of their loan applications. Pay out approved loans to members. Work to allocated KPI’s. They will also liaise with the relevant staff members to improve the overall service provided by CCU to its membership base.
