The Role:



Title: Senior Customer Relations Officer (Stage 2)
Contract type: 12 Month FTC covering Maternity Leave
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Location: West Ham Lane, Stratford or Sale Point, Manchester

Persona: Agile/hybrid working- office based 20-40% (3-4 days working from home)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Relations Officer to assist and manage the growing team of Stage 2 reviewers covering Maternity Leave for 12 months.



If you are an exceptional customer focused individual with experience in leading a team and consider yourself to be a high-end achiever who not only meets and exceeds targets but also thrives under pressure in our fast paced environment; then you should consider applying for this role.



This role will see you balance 50% of your time spent providing essential leadership to your team and 20% allocating the teams day to day activities to ensure they deliver team and individual targets, and we are compliant with the Housing Ombudsman complaint handling code as detailed in the role profile.



To be successful in this role, you will need to be a quick learner with good influencing skills to manage your people and have a confident approach as you’ll be coaching and mentoring your colleagues, so it is essential you have excellent and effective communication skills to lead colleagues.
