Summary

MSR Solicitors is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Relations Manager to join our fast-growing team. As a pivotal member of our firm, the Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and handling challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Handle difficult conversations and manage harsh situations with clients in a calm and professional manner, striving to find solutions and maintain client satisfaction.
Proactively reach out to existing clients to assess their experience with the firm, gathering feedback and insights to improve our services.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including communication history, feedback received, and resolutions achieved.
Create comprehensive reports based on the information gathered from client interactions, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal professionals and administrative staff, to ensure a seamless client experience and effective resolution of issues.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in customer relations, continually seeking ways to enhance our client services.
Potentially provide language support to clients who speak languages other than English (if applicable).
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field, preferably in a professional services environment.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in another language is advantageous but not necessary.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to client issues.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
