Business Data Administrator Redcar, TS10 5SH Part Time – 30 Hours, Permanent Salary
- £18,000
Here at Serco, we are seeking a Business Data Administrator to assist the Business Support & Continuity Manager within the Fleet & RTDG Department with the processing and analysis of supplier invoicing and company car scheme payroll.

In this role, you will provide administrative support with finance and payroll, analyse and import mileage reports and fuel car spend, and ensure internal recharge journals are produced and processed.
As part of this you’ll:


- Analyse and download supplier invoicing and back up.
- Collate internal recharge data and create monthly journals.
- Ensure fuel card spend and mileage capture reports are analysed.
- Import and export payroll data.
- Ensure the correct costs are allocated to insurance repairs and report on Insurance Uninsured loss recovery & charges.
- Ensure oversight of all Fleet related financial transactions for VIVO & SERCO.
- Ensure new fleet suppliers are set up within the Serco procurement polices correctly.
- Review all fleet maintenance / PCN & refuelling charges.
- Create and manage the monthly and annual purchase orders.
- Monthly and annual collation of P11D & P46 data.


What you’ll need to do the role:


- A good understanding of finance, VAT, P11D/P46 and payroll.
- Experience with Microsoft Applications in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- A good understanding of Outlook.
- Have excellent numerical and analysis experience.
