Summary
Hartford Hey is a small friendly and welcoming family run Residential Home based in Park Gate Neston.
We are delighted that we have sustained a 'Good' rating with the CQC and Local Authority.
We are currently looking to recruit a Night Care Assistant to help us with our growing business and service user needs.
Responsibilities
A caring, compassionate and emphatic attitude at all times
Flexibility to work additional hours, shift patterns or other duties relating to the needs of the service.
Support and empower all Service Users with their identified support needs relating to their daily living tasks.
Participate in Hartford Hey’s induction programme. Achieve Care Certificate when applicable.
Keep up to date with all Service Users support plans, risk assessments and reviews.
Participate in the Key Worker system
Preparation of light snacks and beverages for Service Users.
Support individuals and their families with End of Life care.
Requirements
A minimum of 12 months experience of working alongside older people.
Willingness to participate in Continual Professional Development relevant to the job role.
