At Midford Manor, a brand new luxurious, state-of-the-art care home in Bath, we're on the lookout for a compassionate and friendly Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. We offer a highly competitive hourly rate of between £15.45-£16.22 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team of care assistants to provide high-quality personal care and support.
Ensure residents feel comfortable and safe during their stay.
Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals with a passion for outstanding care.
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, approachable individuals who share our values.
Genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Availability for every other weekend.
NVQ level 3 qualification or on the way to qualifying.
