We are seeking bighearted care and wellbeing assistants to join our team in our beautiful home. Each resident has a unique story to tell, Become part of their and them a part of yours. Support them to feel their best and in turn, find purpose and satisfaction in your every day, for every moment.

The role of the care and wellbeing assistant is to provide the highest level of relationship centered care to residents, ensuring meaningful moments are woven into daily life. Making sure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and care is aligned to codes of conduct, Hallmark’s policies and procedures and Charter; ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity. To contribute to the achievement of the Hallmark Care Home Vision: “to be recognised as the leading provider of high-quality relationship focused care for all residents.”

No specific qualification is required, however QCF Diploma Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable or willingness to work towards is desirable we are ideally looking for:
