Park Warden

Description
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Park Warden. As a Park Warden, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and preservation of our parkland, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. This is an opportunity to work in a beautiful outdoor environment and make a positive impact on the community.

Responsibilities
Patrol designated areas of the park to provide security and enforce park rules and regulations
Monitor visitor activities and report any suspicious behavior or violations
Provide information and assistance to visitors, answering questions and addressing concerns
Conduct regular inspections of park facilities and grounds to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as litter pick-up, trail maintenance, and park cleanup
Assist with wildlife management activities, including monitoring and reporting on wildlife populations, habitat management, and recovery efforts
Collaborate with park management and fellow team members on initiatives to improve visitor experience and park operations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a similar role or a background in park management or conservation is preferred
Strong knowledge of park regulations and safety practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in challenging situations
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £11.44
