Summary

Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Autistic Expert Trainer to join our amazing team. This exciting role will allow you to share your own lived experience and expertise with others and empower them with a deeper understanding of learning disabilities.

As a Autistic Expert Trainer, you will be:
• Delivering high quality training sessions and promoting awareness on autism, tailored to diverse audiences.
• Share your personal insights and promote independence and dignity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop training materials that are accessible and user-friendly and ensure they meet the needs of the community.

You will receive full training and will be supported by others in the team as well as our amazing office team. Together we will ensure those with learning disabilities receive the best service and support and are able to integrate into their local communities.

What we are looking for from you:
• Have autism and a passion for disability inclusion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of autism.
• Have experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Willingness to travel.
