We have a role working for one of the largest FM companies in the UK working as a Maintenance Technician covering a well known educational and pharmaceutical facility based in South Kensington, Greater London.
In this role, you will join a team of engineers looking after 1 site whilst covering a further site if/when needed in Hammersmith, Greater London. You will be expected to carry out general building maintenance and compliance tasks across these sites.

• Lamp changing
• Take Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• PPM's
• Reactive maintenance
• Plant Room Checks
• Assist other engineers onsite as required
