Summary
Maintenance Electrician - Static Position
London Bridge, SE1
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary - up to £46,000 (depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to work one of London's most recent and most recognizable buildings working within a part of the high end residential/commercial area of the building. In this role you will join a team of 4 engineers carrying out various M&E works across the site. You will also work in tandem with the internal team of technicians and engineers the client has directly on site.
This business was originally formed in 1863 and rebranded in 1997 to what it is today and has grown to become one of the most recognizable FM brands in the UK across the worlds estate services market.
In this position you'll be responsible for the reactive & planned maintenance of the commercial side of the complex. This site is very reactive and we're looking for a pro-active engineer.
Qualifications / Experience for a Maintenance Electrician:
• NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
• 18th edition
• AM2 (desirable but not essential)
• Experienced in dealing with clients
• Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
