We have a fabulous opportunity for a Veterinary Nurse at a first opinion practice in Cardiff. Established in 1997 our client has two well-established practices based in the capital which allow their fantastic team to deliver a high standard of care.
The practice has access to an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, digital x-rays including dental and anaesthetic monitoring equipment such as pulse oximeters and capnographs. They also have a therapeutic laser.
The role involves a variety of duties, including monitoring of anaesthetics, performing radiographs, taking blood pressures, cytology, inpatient care and keeping PSS standards.
Our client prides itself on the numerous nurse clinics they can offer and encourages ideas to keep moving the practice forward. They have certificate holders within the nursing teams and encourage further learning and CPD.
The Role:
• Full Time role - 35-40 hour week
• Monday - Friday
• 1:9 Saturday morning rota
• No OOH
