Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Engineering for Sustainable Development Research Centre at Aston University for 12-month fellowships for three Early Career Researchers from the Philippines. The fellowships are funded by the British Council under the UK’s International Science Partnerships scheme. The fellowships programme aims to provide the selected early career researchers with a strong foundation to improve their careers in research and innovation to respond to the developmental needs of the Philippines. It will focus on developmental research excellence, transferrable skills, industrial mentorship and best practices in pastoral care, mentoring, equality diversity and inclusion.

A PhD in an Engineering discipline, along with teaching experience, outstanding publication records, and demonstrable evidence of an internationally recognised research profile, is a prerequisite.
