Summary
We have an immediate start position available offering additional hours for an experienced Healthcare Assistant.
You will be working in a beautiful care home which caters for up to 60 residents. The residents suffer with age related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s, therefore, supporting their mental and physical well-being is of the utmost importance.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will be supporting residents in their daily tasks, facilitating hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
You will be expected to complete housekeeping tasks, follow health and safety guidelines, and accurately report condition updates and any incidents to senior staff members.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- Proof of full vaccinated status against Covid-19
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

Bank work as and when required to cover holidays and sickness
You will be working hours between Monday to Friday with the typical hours being either 06:45 to 14:30 or 14:15 to 22:00.
Rate of pay £11.44 per hour for days
