Summary
Experienced Care Assistants are required to work in Swanick. The Care Home provide short term residential care setting that can accommodate 39 residents with Illnesses related to Old Age. You will be required to work alongside the established team of Carers in providing an individualised plan of care taking into account their personal health needs and requirements.
As an experienced Care Assistant you will be required to follow individual care plans and complete paperwork and reporting any problems to the senior members of staff. You will be assisting in the resident’s activities of daily living, including aspects of personal care.
You will be expected to work on a one to one basis with some residents at times. You must have an awareness and passion to work with the Elderly, enhancing their quality of life.
To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service
- Up to date mandatory training
- Full up-to-date CV with employment history
- At least 2 years referenceable experience working within formal care settings
- Be able to provide reference details for two previous care employers, including the most recent employer.

07:00 to 14:30
14:30 to 22:00
Across the whole week
Rate of pay £11.44 between the hours of 0700-1900,and £15.25 1900-0700
