The College operates across two closely located campuses, next to the University of Leicester on University Road and a smaller campus at Regent Road.

We are looking to appoint a well-qualified, self-motivated and enthusiastic addition to our Welfare and Skills team who will develop and co-ordinate support for students with mental health difficulties. Ensuring where required, that all College students receive personalised and cohesive support for their mental health needs to enable them to be successful in their studies, leading happy and safe lives.

The successful candidate will need to hold a minimum of 2 A Levels, along with English and Maths qualification and have completed or be willing to complete Senior Mental Health Lead training. Previous experience of working with young people with strong organisation skills are essential along with educational experience being desirable.

This is a full time, term-time post commencing as soon as possible.

The salary banding for this post will be 15 – 18 which ranges from £29,346 to £32,259 per annum (pro rata). The actual starting salary is £25,472.33
