You don’t need any previous experience to become a Support Worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part time and full-time roles.

You will join our fantastic Residential Service in Louth supporting individuals with complex needs.

This is a permanent role with various contracts available from 7.5 - 30 hours per week to suit.

The shifts are varied over a 4-week rota and include a mix of early starts 7am/7.30am and late finishing 9.30pm/10pm and working every other weekend. Flexibility is essential to support the valuable service we provide.

We are offering an hourly rates from £11.75 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.

*If you live outside of Louth to be considered for the role you will need use of your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport.

No two days will be the same

Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. Your priority will be empowering the people you support to live an independent life.

This role in Louth might include supporting people with:

Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
Personal care and hygiene.
Finances.
Medication and wellbeing.
Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
Their social life and nightlife.

Please note, this role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 a night (This means sleeping over at the residence, with the possibility you might have to wake up to provide care in the night.)
