Summary
Working as part of a team of highly skilled and experienced, strengths-based and therapeutic family support workers, you will be working directly with families in their homes to support and promote relationships, family resilience and manage and reduce risk to children. In particular you will be working to promote families’ relationships within their communities to reduce isolation and upskill families to solve their own challenges.
