Accommodation, Conference and Events have an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join the Events Operations Team as Events Operations Supervisor.

Working as part of the Events Operations team you would work in all areas of event operations services. These would include weddings, conferences, bars, social and core University events. Working alongside the Events Operations Assistant Managers to ensure the service standards at the University is of the highest quality.

Good people management and supervisory skills are essential, as is the ability to engage positively with guests and motivate the team to deliver excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.

Experience from a variety of different catering operations and volume are essential. This post involves a ‘hands on’ approach to work within and coach teams and individuals to provide the highest quality service. The successful applicant will thrive from delivering an excellent customer experience.
