Summary


Nottingham University Hospitals’ Digital Services provide services to the City Hospital, Ropewalk House and Queen’s Medical Centre Campuses, including the Nottingham Treatment Centre. It comprises a multi-disciplinary team of IT professionals responsible for providing a wide range of services in information technology, knowledge management, computing and telecommunications to the Trust’s 16,000 staff and the wider health community.

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Senior Commercial Analysts to join the Strategy and Finance section of the Commercial Team within Digital Services Department at the Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust; to support the delivery of the Digital Services Capital Programme.

We will also look for candidates that we can train up as well across the band 6/7 pay scales.

As the successful candidate you will have experience of leading on the development of the Business Cases and Investment Proposals; have an understanding, practical experience of demand and capacity planning, and modelling for a variety of scenarios relating to the Digital Services Commercial and Contracts portfolio. Able to convey medium and long term plans based on evidence and statistical analysis, to continually enhance the format of information provided and seek to provide innovative solutions to help inform decision-making across the Trust.

This role will form an integral part of the existing Digital Services management structure, will be expected to cover colleagues across the Commercial Team and have a team player approach to enable achievement of department goals.
