Each of our residents is unique and you’ll establish meaningful relationships to ensure they enjoy a safe, comfortable environment.

You’ll be involved in a range of activities, designed to encourage physical, mental and social stimulation, as well as support with hydration, nutrition and personal care. Providing support within the home, you’ll also help residents to access the community. This could be helping then attend medical appointments, going shopping or visiting the library.

Take a look at our Candidate Pack on our website for more information about the role, team and our values.  The section ‘About you’ explains what specific knowledge, skills and experience we want you to tell us about. Make sure you explain how you meet these requirements and demonstrate our values, in your application.

With an understanding of the emotional and social needs of older adults, you’ll be able to support them in an empathetic and compassionate way. Whether you’re new to care or already have some experience, you’ll be well supported in this role with access to a first-class induction, on-going personal development to ensure your practices are always up to date and opportunities for progression. You’ll enjoy building positive relationships with colleagues, residents and their families and share our commitment to creating an inclusive culture, where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
