About the role

There is a friendly and professional atmosphere within the department and a strong emphasis on encouraging positive rapport between staff and students in the pursuit of academic success. There is a wealth of experience and professional knowledge and an encouragement to undertake CPD.

Experience of teaching A level English Language is essential as this will be a key aspect of this role. You will also be teaching GCSE English and A-Level Media Studies. It is desirable if you also have experience teaching both English Language and Literature.

The post is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers and is due to start in August / September 2024 ready for the new academic year.
