Summary
The successful applicant will need to meet the following criteria: 1st level registration A minimum of 3 years experience at Band 5 Specific interest in the specialist care and management of patients with urological problems Educated to degree level in a health related subject or actively working towards completion of this Specific interest in contributing towards service improvement and practice development within the specialist nursing team Evidence of ongoing professional development Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and as a member of the wider multi-disciplinary team Knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues within urological cancer care Experience of audit and change management skills Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the service An awareness and understanding of the role of cancer support charities / partners / organisations
