Summary
To maintain confidentiality surrounding patient admission and treatment at all times. To ensure documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timescales using Hospital approved documentation, in line with NMC and Hospital guidelines. To have knowledge of and adhere to ward and Hospital policy and professional standards. To ensure that team members do likewise. To ensure the provision of excellent, evidence-based nursing care for patients.
