Package: £45-£50K DOE, with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday) 2 days off for charity work, Group

We are flexible on the location of this role, however some flexibility to travel may be required on rare occasions.



What you`ll get up to as our HR TUPE Specialist




We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR TUPE Specialist to join Pinnacle Pet Group on a 12-month fixed term contract
to support the Company with a number of TUPE change initiatives during a period of growth.




As a HR TUPE Specialist you will support the Lead People Business Partners with the planning and facilitation of all aspects
relating to TUPE transfers. We are looking for someone who is happy being hands-on in all areas as you will be instrumental in
supporting and guiding our managers and transferring colleagues throughout the TUPE process, ensuring compliance with TUPE
regulations, providing sound advice and coordinating the TUPE process in a timely and effective way, ensuring smooth transitions
and successful integration for all parties involved.




What we look for in you

* Strong TUPE management experience and experience of working with Trade Unions is essential.
* Excellent knowledge of UK employment law including TUPE regulations.
* Strong project management skills and experience in facilitating wide scale change programmes (i.e. TUPE transfers,
restructures).
* Effective prioritisation, organisation, and time management skills.
* Strong communicator (both written and verbal).
* Ability to work collaboratively, delivering through others and holding them to account to deliver high quality outcomes.
* Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
* Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point proficient
* CIPD Level 5 qualified is desirable.
