Summary

I am a young boy with neuro diverse and medical health conditions. I
require a PA for 4 hours per week during school term time and 8 hours per week during school holiday time, to access social opportunities.

I enjoy gaming, cars and eating out (payments will be reimbursed for my
meal). I want my PA to support me with integrating into my local
community and taking me to local attractions such as laser zone,
bowling, museums, cinema, parks and beaches.

Mileage payment when using your car can be discussed at interview.

Hours of work: 4 hours school term time and 8 hours school holiday time

Tasks involved:-
My main request is to take me out in their car, to attend social activities,
so a person with a driving license and car is required for this purpose.
There will be occasional home sitting support, so the PA needs to like
dogs as I have two as pets and you would have to be comfortable
around them.

I am looking for a PA to be experienced, adaptable and flexible,
outgoing, confident, friendly & easy going, caring and patient.

e.g. Manual Handling Course, Basic First Aid
Concerning the position
You will be formally employed by the Direct Payment Client which
requires a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will
be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary
period. Salary will be paid monthly with appropriate holiday pay
calculated. A DBS will need to be processed prior to any commencement
of employment. Costs are met by Swansea council.
