We pride ourselves on our reputation, which wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated team of community-based care workers and office-based management and support team.
THE ROLE
Salopian Care is embarking on an exciting period of growth and development and we are actively looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager, to join our team. The Registered Manager will be registered with CQC and will form part of our management team, taking the lead, supporting and supervising the work of the care team. They will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of a high-quality service for our service users and carers. As part of the management team, the Registered Manager will be a trusted, experienced and credible leader.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience as a Registered manager
• Level 5 – Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels within a multidisciplinary team
• A good understanding of commercial and financial principles and practices
• Proven time management, organisational skills and the ability to work on own
initiative
• A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
• Experience of working with a digital software program, for care provision,
would be advantageous
WHAT WE OFFER
• 33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank/public holidays

• Salary negotiable depending on qualifications & experience

This will be a full-time role and based from our office, in Market Drayton, with some travel expected within the surrounding area.
