Main duties include:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems and materials including shingles, tiles, and flat roofs.
- Inspect roofs to determine the best repair procedures and to identify any potential issues before they escalate.
- Measure roofs to calculate the materials required.
- Cut and fit roofing materials around vents, chimneys, edges, and walls.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients and team members about project status and timelines.
Skills and Education:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with a variety of roofing materials and installation techniques.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
