Summary

Monday-Friday (37.5 per week)

Shift Pattern: 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm on a rota basis

Due to expansion, we are looking for multiple Compliance Administrators to join our team in our brand new office. Our team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience and works together collaboratively to achieve outstanding results. We are seeking an innovative individual who can oversee all healthcare compliance matters throughout our organisation.

Every day you will…

Resolve all candidate queries and escalating as necessary via regular email and phone communication
Take a proactive approach to ensuring candidates remain 100% compliant to work within contractual services
Work with the Recruitment and Compliance Manager to maintain efficient and accurate reporting systems
Complete DBS, ID checks and Reference checks for new starters
Liaise with internal colleagues to understand administrative task required across all functions of the business

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

Great organisation skills and a high attention to detail
Previous experience within administration or compliance
Proficient IT skills and previous experience with MS Office Packages including Outlook and Excel
