Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join our client's team, operating within Adult Mental Health inpatient services.

Job Purpose:
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will deliver high-quality care across various clinical areas within Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient services. Your role involves planning and executing care plans, maintaining patient trust, and serving as a role model for colleagues and patients alike.
Job Specific Outcomes:
• Demonstrate adherence to NMC Code (2015) guidelines.
• Stay updated on developments within the profession and contribute to a therapeutic care environment.
• Coordinate patient care plans to ensure treatment goals are met.
• Lead and direct the team when necessary, providing effective supervision.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical standards.
• Foster a culture of lifelong learning and development within the team.
Qualifications:
• ESSENTIAL: 1st Level Registered Nurse with NMC Registration
• DESIRABLE: Possession of or commitment to work towards a level 2 vocational award in health and social care Teaching and Mentorship qualification
Experience:
• 2 Years Post qualification experience working across mental health nursing.
• Thorough knowledge of NMC Code (2015)
General Skills/Attributes:
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Basic Keyboard skills
