Summary

About The Role

At OCS, we are recruiting for Night Cleaners, who will act as a customer service ambassador for the venues and events, information, and assistance to our visitors. You will be working on a variable shift pattern, 18:30 to 06:30, on a casual basis; this is a 0-hour contract. Main Duties and Responsibilities :
  • To create a positive visitor experience for all Visitors attending.
  • To ensure Health and Safety regulations are complied with around the venues.
  • Ensure venues are kept to a high standard visually, always going the extra mile and caring about the space you are working in.
  • To clean according to OCS Cleaning Standards, following all policies, procedures, and training.
  • Responds to all cleaning incidents as required, escalating to managers where necessary,
To be successful in the role, you will need:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in cleaning is desirable and in a customer-facing role.
  • A motivated, friendly, and engaging individual with a passion for events.
