Summary


CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services -CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting!

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible Receptionist/Administrator to work as part of our Sexual Health team.

There is a vacant post of 26hrs available on a part-time basis atSouthgate Health Centre, Stevenage



It is our vision to provide effective, efficient, non-judgemental, user-friendly, confidential and integrated services that deliver improvements in sexual health for the population of Hertfordshire. Flexible working is required to include central booking clinic cover and admin duties as required by the management team. The post holder will require flexibility to work evenings as and when required.

To maintain and promote at all times confidentiality and be aware of the sensitive nature of the Gum, HIV, sexual health and contraception service. The post holder will act on their own initiative in dealing with day-to-day issues.

• To book appointments and manage cancellations or amendments in a timely manner
• To take initial responsibility for the local resolution of problems that may arise with staff/clients and to deal with complaints according to CLCH (Central London Community Health NHS Trust) policy and procedures
• To communicate effectively by competent use of email, telephone, written and face-to-face communication according to CLCH guidelines and customer care standards
• To provide cover for other administrators/team members when necessary or as directed.
