Small team HUGE opportunity to make a BIG difference. It takes a skilled individual to build the kinds of relationships which inspire hundreds of colleagues to improve their working lives, the working lives of others in their teams but also the quality of service we provide to the communities of Cleveland.

But that's exactly the kind of people we're looking for. We currently have a number of opportunities in our team.

Your hands on style with the ability to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in will make all the difference, you will thrive on delivering at pace to large diverse groups across our organisation and will have a fundamental role in the continued success of our Organisational Development (OD) Team.

As a team we love challenging ourselves and supporting one another to be the best version we can be, we continuously look for ways in which we can improve our offer to our organisation and our people!

Your dedication, compassionate nature and desire for quality is just what we need to support us in driving our service forward.

We want you to join our OD Team as we feel we have so much to offer you:

The ability for you to grab a project, take full ownership of it, be creative, and provide the right level of challenge to make the most difference.

A very rewarding role which will utilise and enhance your existing skills to the max, and give you the opportunity to develop new ones.

A great work-life balance to ensure you have time for the things you love both at work and outside of work.
