Job Title: High Risk Area Supervisor – Late Shift
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 3pm – 10pm
Location: North Curry, nr Taunton, Somerset
Salary: £14.30 per hour
Duration: Temp to perm
Job:
You will be working in a food production environment for a well-established, family business, based on the outskirts of Taunton / Langport.
Duties will include;
- The daily running of the production team, responsible for staff and their personal hygiene, as well as health and safety.
- Ensuring all procedures are adhered to and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Reporting any machinery issues and breakages, including completing start up checks as requested.
- Keeping the team moving in a timely manner, following the production plan and reporting setbacks to the production manager.
- Minimising waste and seeing the product safely through the factory to despatch.
- Ensuring production paperwork is completed honestly and on time, this includes cleaning sign off sheets.
Important!
- You will be working with and directly handling raw and cooked chicken
- You will need your own transport due to the rural location
- Free on-site parking
