We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time HR Administrator to join the HR team at our successful and industry-leading company, based at our head office in Chesterfield.

You will be expected to work confidentially and autonomously, reporting to and supporting the HR Manager.

You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships with personnel across the organisation quickly. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of operational activities and their practical application in the workplace.

This is a varied role where the successful candidate will need to be able to multi-task, have excellent planning and time management skills, be a team player and be prepared to move seamlessly from one task to another, in what is a busy environment.


Key Tasks:

- The processing into employment of client's care teams

- To ensure documentation is processed and recorded correctly and is in compliance with HCD policies and GDPR

- Process leavers and archive in line with GDPR

- Provide support and HR advice for the RCL team

- To be responsible for DBS documentation across the company

- To raise any queries or concerns relating to criminal disclosures

- To be responsible for updating and maintaining the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set

- To issue ID badges


Requirements

- CIPD Level 3 Foundation and Intermediate qualifications or be willing to work towards

- Business Administration level 2

- Significant experience of working with HR procedures

- Ability to build positive relationships with managers, colleagues and Trade Union representatives

- Understanding of TUPE transfer incoming and outgoing

- Experience in advising managers on the application of policies and procedures and support in operational HR issues

- Up to date knowledge of Employment Legislation

- Willingness to interpret HR Legislation to comply with the company policy of client choice

- Be punctual, flexible and willing to make necessary changes to meet any changing needs of the company in line with the care industry requirements

- Confident and competent IT skills


What we can offer you:

- In return, we can offer you a starting salary of £22,500 per annum, increasing to £24,258 per annum after a successful 6-month probationary period

- A 37.5hr working week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
