What’s the Role: Admin

What It Takes:

An important part of the staff role is to provide support to our individuals who have complex needs and help them to manage their emotions.

So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.

Our dedicated staff team support individuals to learn and develop their independence skills which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life.


Where You Would Work: Kaleidoscope

Kaleidoscope has been established to provide a unique and bespoke service for adults aged 18+ with profound and multiple learning disabilities, (PMLD) who do not present aggressive challenging behaviours, but typically;
• Require the use of a wheelchair and/or other physical support and mobility aids
• Are non-verbal or have severely impaired communication abilities
• Require highly specialised management for physical disabilities, sensory impairments and/or complex health and medical needs

Salary Details:

Admin Part Time £18,661 - £19,723 per annum




*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Salary dependent on experience. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies*
