Summary
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Monday to Friday – Commercial Estate – Kings Cross, North London - £44,000 Per annum
My client is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer based on a commercial estate near Kings Cross. The successful candidates will be Electrically or Mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance to the following. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of £44,000, further training and career progression.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution, pro logic lighting)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers - Re-set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- General building fabric
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Hours of work
Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
Package
- £44,000 Basic Salary
- Uniform and Tools Provided
- Cycle-to-work scheme
- 25 days holiday
- Overtime Available
- 1 in 12 call out
- Annual pay review
Requirements
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified level 3 (C&G, NVQ etc)
- Experience working in a large commercial building
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
