Summary

This is a Supported Living position providing care for individuals with complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

Autonomy Care supports people in their day-to-day lives, helping them to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while ensuring that their wellbeing, and care needs are met, 24 hours a day.

Join us and you can expect:

Monday to Friday Days £12.10 per hour
Monday to Friday Evenings £12.85 per hour
Saturday and Sunday Days £12.85 per hour
Saturday and Sunday Evenings £13.80 per hour
Bank Holiday pay (time and a half)
Holiday top-up payments made for regular overtime( T&C's)
Paid business mileage (Cars 45p per mile)
Sleep in rate £80.19 per night

Shifts:

30 hours per week
9:45am – 10.00pm
24 hour shifts are 9:45am – 10.00pm, sleep in, 7.00am – 10.00am
Working alternate weekends essential
Job description

Everyday tasks such as shopping, sitting services and light housework to encourage self-help skills
Creating fun and engaging activities
Assisting with cooking and support in the kitchen
Assisting with fantastic days out with our service users
Assisting with personal care with our service users
Completing relevant documentation
Training and Development

Funded apprenticeships and diplomas
Accredited Positive Behaviour Management Training
Mandatory Training provided
About you

You will:

Hold a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle
Have a minimum of 2 years support work experience working with people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
