We have a very unique and unusual opportunity, in one of our supported living homes in Chippenham, supporting a gentleman called Seb, a young man with additional needs, who lives in his own home.

Seb can be very independent, but does need a support worker to be on hand at all times. You will need to be able to understand the fine balance between being there to support Seb, whilst respecting his need to 'go it alone', when he feels confident and able to do so.

Seb enjoys going to the pub, heading into town, gardening, and is quite something at local 'Open Mic' nights - Boy! Can he hold a tune! Can you, too?!

You will be a confident, resilient and creative support worker, who is able to think on their feet and find opportunities, in every moment, to ensure Seb is able to continue thriving in his home.

This is a role which will also see you spending some time in our other local homes, to ensure your skills stay sharp and you continue to develop and gain from the wealth of experience that our wider teams can offer.

At Dimensions, we believe it is who you are as a person - and the difference you can bring to lives of the people you will be supporting - that is more important than experience. Whether you are new to support work, or have supported people previously, we want to hear from you! We will give you all the training you need to be become an amazing support worker for the people you will be working with. You will find no other role more personally fulfilling, and professionally rewarding, than becoming a Support Worker with Dimensions.
