An extremely exciting opportunity has a risen for a nurse to join an award winning and well established care provider in Stourport-on-Severn. A motivated individual is required to providing nursing for this service which provides nursing care to the elderly, with physical disability or dementia.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Nurse qualified (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
• Excellent clinical skills
• Fantastic communication skills
• Experienced in dealing with elderly care
• Positive attitude & a team player
The Role of Staff Nurse:
• Providing a high standard of care to residents
• Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
• Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
• Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
• Accepting personal and shared responsibility for the maintenance of quality nursing care
