HR Advisor

Location: Inspiration House - Bowburn DH6 5PF

Working week: Monday-Thursday 8:45am-4:45pm and Friday 8:45am-4:15pm
Hybrid working available 2 days per week (flexibility around those days is also available).

About the role...
If you’re looking for an environment that is positive, challenging, and creative, we want to hear from you! We are currently looking for a full-time, experienced HR Advisor to join our team who is equipped to manage a wide range of employee relations and HR issues, some of which can be complex, as well as delivering training for managers on HR-related topics, and ad hoc projects such as TUPE and Redundancy. You will have a proactive and highly professional approach and can quickly build credibility and develop collaborative relationships within the organisation, at all levels.

Reporting to the Lead People Advisor, you will support the delivery of the HR Service across all of our services and projections nationwide. You may be required to attend meetings and other services on an ad-hoc basis so a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.

About you...
Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or working towards completing your level 3 CIPD qualification. You will have experience in working in a multi-site, multi-thematic, diverse organisation where you would have provided professional HR Support to managers.
