We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Multi Trade Operative to join the responsive repairs team in Houghton Regis on a local housing association contract.
Responsibilities:
- Completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, bricklaying and decorating (as applicable) to a high standard and in line with company standards and specification whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
- Maintaining appropriate van stock and ensuring orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specifications
- Participating in out of hours (OOH) standby cover
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
