Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join our team. As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for conducting vehicle inspections to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards. This is a vital role in ensuring the safety of our customers and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
```Duties```
- Perform MOT tests on vehicles in accordance with DVSA guidelines
- Identify and report any defects or issues that may affect the safety or performance of the vehicle
- Conduct necessary repairs or recommend appropriate actions to address identified issues
- Maintain accurate records of all tests conducted and results obtained
- Stay up-to-date with changes in MOT testing regulations and requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Valid MOT Tester license
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for inspections and repairs
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential safety hazards
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
