Summary

Social Media and Content Marketing Executive - Part time - 20 hours per week

If you enjoy social media, content writing, graphic design (why, hello there Canva!) and any excuse for creative thinking we would love to speak to you.

The role…

Our Bids and Marketing team is looking for a Social Media and Content Marketing Executive to support the Group Marketing and Comms Manager by creating content that speaks to a variety of audiences (B2B as well as B2C).

Your duties…

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the group’s social media channels, in line with the objectives of the group marketing strategy.

In addition to this, you’ll get to develop your overall marketing skill set by assisting with: website content management (WordPress), blog writing, graphic creation (Canva), and internal comms. There’s lots for you to get involved with, helping you to widen your career path.

To be successful you’ll…

writing engaging content on a variety of interesting subjects.
have some experience in a similar role or working in a business/marketing environment
organised, and have a great thirst for learning the role
the ability to think on your feet
eagle-eyed for spotting grammatical or numerical errors
an eye for what looks good.
to work with others.

You’re a shoe-in if you have these skills (but don’t worry if you don’t!):

understanding of Excel
using Adobe and/or other design software
experience running social media accounts
experience contributing towards sales team i.e. bids/proposals/presentations.
