Summary

This is a Maternity cover role based on a FTC of 10 months, starting in June 2024.

Hewitt Matthews is searching for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team, helping us in our ambitious plans to scale up and grow across the UK.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a multi-faceted position that is ideally suited to a flexible, methodical, ideas-driven and hard-working individual.

We see this role being evenly split between both marketing & sales support, so flexibility is needed as the workload fluctuates on both sides.

The individual will also be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of how to market a digital agency.

The role needs a wide range of marketing abilities, skills and experience from supporting the founders personal brand and content strategy to creating thought leadership pieces and helping to organise events. The role is very autonomous and proactivity is a must-have trait so, this would best suit a driven self-starter with strong initiative.
