Summary

Job description
Tele Sales - Business Generation Executive - who will be primarily responsible for contacting potential clients and arranging appointments for the sales team. A client data base will be supplied with the details required for you to research and telephone. The position can either be full or part time and the hours can be flexible.
The data base records will encumber the geographical areas of the Midlands and Yorkshire. You will be promoting a wide range of services and will be given full training and product knowledge. It is important that you can promote working with TECHNODOCS both the benefits and cost savings in the management of their document technology.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To build up knowledge of the services offered by TECHNODOCS and its partners, such major brands as Sharp and Toshiba
• Build a database of potential new clients that can be entered into the companies Client Relation Management (CRM) System
• Making telephone calls to organisations with a view to arranging appointments for members of the sales team, and entering these details into the CRM system
• Following up calls with e-mails and providing further information to perspective clients ensuring the CRM is kept updated all times.
• Create and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Undertake internal and external training programs regarding product knowledge.
• Supporting your manager with office-based admin activities as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• No formal qualifications are required.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Competent numeracy literacy and administration skills knowledge of Microsoft office 365 applications
ADDITIONAL NOTES
•Individuals looking to break into a sales environment will be given consideration as the role could ultimately lead to a Field based role in the future.
LOCATION
•Based in the Midlands (Junction 27 of the M1) at the Sherwood Business Park. If you are working from home, it will be expected that you attend the office twice a month.
