We've got an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Business Co-ordinator to join our team.
As an Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator, you'll be involved in lots of different tasks as you support the day-to-day running of the office. This is a busy and varied job – no two days will be the same. You’ll have an important part to play in your team meeting its goals, so you’ll always be looking at how you can offer help where needed.
Interviews will be held on the 10th May.
What it's like to work here
You'll be based in our estate office in Slindon, with its rich history and over 3500 acres of woodland, farmland and downland surrounding its picturesque village. You'll be working with a friendly and passionate team of staff across multiple departments who are working to look after our historic buildings and countryside across our portfolio within the South Downs.
You'll be the face of the Trust engaging with members of the public and volunteers whilst supporting the countryside team and other departments.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be helping to run a business service for the wider team that is efficient, proactive and flexible. Your responsibilities may include managing people’s diaries and records, helping with system and financial management, creating reports and other general administrative tasks.
