The Role:

As our Maintenance Assistant, you'll be a crucial part of ensuring Maycroft Manor is a safe and welcoming space for residents, team members, and visitors. Not only will you focus on safety, but you'll also play a key role in maintaining the home's aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

Swiftly address minor repairs and audit requirements.
Maintain the boiler house and refuse area, keeping the home free of clinical waste and rubbish.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
Conduct required tests and checks for various home systems regularly.
